Payment Issues

1. What payment methods are available?

IPOcto offers multiple payment methods, such as IPOcto balance, WeChat, credit card, bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

2. After making a payment on the website, will the traffic be immediately added to my balance?

If your payment is successful, the traffic will be instantly credited to your member balance.

3. How long does it take to receive the proxy after payment?

You will automatically receive the proxy after completing the payment. If you do not receive the proxy after payment, please go to Package Purchase → Order Management to check whether the transaction was successful.

If it was not successful but the corresponding amount was deducted, please contact customer service and provide the relevant payment screenshot along with your order number.
