Step 1: Balance Top-up

Console - Click "Balance Top-up" - Select Stripe or Payermax as needed.

Step 2: Enter the Payment Page

You will be redirected to a secure payment page. The order amount and summary will be clearly displayed.

Step 3: Select a Payment Method

The system will show you a list of available payment methods. Please choose your preferred option (e.g., credit card, e-wallet, etc.).

Step 4: Complete the Payment

  • WeChat Pay: Scan the QR code to pay.
  • Credit Card: Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
  • E-Wallet: Scan the QR code or be redirected to the wallet app to confirm the payment.
  • Online Bank Transfer: You will be redirected to your bank's page to log in and authorize the payment.

Step 5: Payment Successful

After a successful payment, the page will automatically redirect back to ipocto and display your newly topped-up balance.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely secure. ipocto itself does not store any of your sensitive payment information (such as your full card number). All payment data is processed by Payermax and Stripe through encrypted tunnels, both of which comply with the most stringent international PCI DSS security certification.

Q: How is my data privacy protected during payment?

A: We only collect information essential for processing your order. Your payment details are handled directly by our payment partners, and we will not use this information for any other purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
